About
Hi, I'm Vinaydeep 👋
I work a 9-to-5. I lost 5kg in 2 months without setting foot in a gym. This site is how.
My situation, honestly
- Corporate job. High pressure. Overtime more often than I'd like.
- Which leaves very little time for myself.
- A two-hour gym routine was never going to happen. I stopped pretending it would.
What I actually did
- Walked. It clears my head. I do it on calls with friends and family, or with a podcast or audiobook on — so the steps happen without carving out "exercise time".
- Cut some carbohydrate from my daily food. Some. Not all.
- That's the whole thing. No gym, no equipment, no supplements.
5kg in 2 months — and I can see myself doing this for the rest of my life. Which is more than I could ever say about a two-hour workout.
Who this is for
- Women working 9-to-5 with no spare hours.
- Supermoms whose day belongs to everyone else.
- Anyone who has started and stopped more times than they'd like to count.
- Anyone whose plan has to survive a bad week, because most weeks are bad weeks.
What I believe
- Doable beats optimal. The best plan is the one still running in six months.
- Walking counts. It's not a lesser workout. It's the one you'll keep doing.
- Nothing gets banned. You eat Indian home food. Plans that ignore that fail.
- Never hungry. A deficit that leaves you starving gets abandoned by Thursday.
- Missing once is fine. Missing twice is how it dies. Never miss twice.
Where I'm going with this
- Make losing weight possible for women who genuinely have no time.
- Build the tools I wish I'd had — starting with the photo calorie tracker.
- Share it as it happens, including the weeks that go badly.
What "Khud Se Better" means
Better than yourself. Not better than the woman at the gym. Better than the version of you who existed last week. That's the only comparison that has ever made me improve.
